CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS, ALSO KNOWN AS NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS (NDAs) or Non-Disclosure Agreements, are legal agreements between the parties that establish information that either party considers confidential and prohibit the other party from disclosing. Particular attention should be paid to the provisions allowing the transfer of NDA rights to third parties or related undertakings.
