To cancel your membership due to a change of address, you must provide our billing partner ABC Financial Svcs with proof of moving to a location a certain number of miles away* from an outlying location. This is necessary because your membership is always in the terms of your contract. We need a written period of 30 days to terminate your contract, so an additional payment is required to complete your cancellation. Please provide the reason for the termination as well as your first and last name as we have them in your agreement. A written cancellation is required for all requests. The $49.99 fee on your account is your annual expansion fee. These fees are invested in the association to maintain the highest quality standards. All members pay these fees and are listed in the promissory note of your agreement. It is imperative that you scan your Edge key stamp or enter your phone number every time you complete a studio training, even if you have registered for an online course.
